At Zelayne, we offer free standard shipping on orders to the United Kingdom and the United States. We currently ship to residential and business addresses in the UK and the US only.

Order Fulfilment and Shipping Origin
Zelayne is a Germany-based business. Our products are fulfilled and shipped through international logistics partners and warehouses, so the shipping origin may differ from our registered business address.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time
United Kingdom: once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days. In total, most orders arrive within 6–11 business days of being placed.
United States: once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 4–8 business days.

Import Duties and Taxes (United States)
Shipments to the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are set by US customs authorities and not by Zelayne. If any apply to your order, they are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Tracking
All orders include tracking. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor delivery as soon as your order ships.

Returns

Lost or Damaged Packages
