At Zelayne, we offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. We currently ship to residential and business addresses in the UK only.

Order Fulfilment and Shipping Origin
Zelayne is a Germany-based business. Our products are fulfilled and shipped through international logistics partners and warehouses, so the shipping origin may differ from our registered business address.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery to UK addresses typically takes 5–8 business days. In total, most orders arrive within 6–11 business days of being placed. These are estimated delivery times; actual delivery may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to circumstances outside our control.
