Accepted Payment Methods

At Zelayne, we accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Shopify's payment gateway.

Currency and Pricing

Prices on zelayne.com are shown in British pounds (GBP) for customers in the United Kingdom and in US dollars (USD) for customers in the United States. Prices are converted automatically, and the final amount, including any shipping costs, is displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Your bank or card provider may charge its own currency conversion fees.

Billing Information

When placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information. You further agree to promptly update your account and payment information, including email address and payment method details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

When You Are Charged

Your payment method is charged at the time your order is placed. You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment has been successfully processed.

Taxes and Import Duties

Any taxes that apply to your order are calculated based on your shipping destination and shown at checkout. For orders to the United States, import duties and taxes set by US customs may apply on delivery; please see our Shipping information.

Security

All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Zelayne does not store your full payment card details on our servers.
